If you didn't make any yourself, then give credit where credit is due (again, if people are possessive of their own XMLs, but can't imagine why that would be the case!), or ask permission first! Also, make sure Sudoku puzzles can be solved! If there are unsolvable puzzles or errors, then report them in the bug tracker!
