An emulator called GBE+ emulates a whole bunch of odd and obscure add-ons for the Game Boy, Game Boy Color (Including the infrared!), Game Boy Advance, and Nintendo DS that no other emulator emulates! It even emulates the IR for the Pokémon Mini! I highly recommend it!
