I am temporarily disabling smilies in new posts until another 403 error is reported to rule out smilies as a potential cause of the 403s! It may be a possible overload since every time the reply/edit/new topic form is loaded, over 400 images are loaded at the same time!

Edit: Smilies will remain disabled until further notice!
