So, there are no 3DS games slated for this year.

We might still get the Atooi Collection this year or next year (depending on certain situations) as one of the last physical 3DS releases (at least in North America). Outside of that and some random eShop games, not much of note.

This news is from a month ago, but it has been confirmed that Nintendo is no longer manufacturing the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles as of mid-September 2020 and will focus solely on the Switch family of consoles. Here's the article.

The 3DS eShop and online play will still operate until Nintendo inevitably pulls the plug on that some point this decade.

I keep my 3DS out on a table, since it is the Zelda edition, it looks too nice to keep stored up.

Using my New 2DS LL I got last Christmas and Streetpassing with my original 3DS I got at launch on my birthday!
