The older version of post #4137: About our staff, and a story on GL and GR!

Just keeping this here for historical purposes! This is an older version of viewtopic.php?p=4137 which had to be changed due to changes in staff, and the closure of the Discord server!

Over the course of NDSCentral's generations, we have had various members help out with our rather small and quiet communities!

Sadly, all the Moderators from the Forumotion all the way down to the Pro-forum generations have long gone their separate ways, but I certainly can't let them go un-mentioned!

But first, our current staff!

About: This guy is an artistic genius! He was also a good friend (Though did some questionable things while a member of Talk Nintendo and Gaming Reinvented while it was still a forum), and he is responsible for the various banners and my signature images! Sadly vanished without a trace during the Forumotion generation, and haven't heard from him since... Really wish he'd join too...

About: A controversial member, but basically made the Forumotion generation very active in it's first year of operation! He requested to become an Administrator, which I reluctantly gave him the position (Since I wanted it to be just me and Toon Ike), which at first it went very well, but giving a user you just met access to the Administration Panel^[sic] of a forum that has no roles was a very grave mistake... One day, he decided to vandalize the forum by deleting several members, removing Toon Ike from the Administrator group, and passing it off as the forum being hacked when it was so clearly him that did all those things! He was demoted and banned on the spot (Dishonorary Discharge!), and though I had no idea at the time on how to handle these sort of things, kinda handled it poorly... Needless to say, he left and visited only a couple times, after which, he was never seen again... I've learned my lesson, and which is why I have the Co-Administrator user group in place here! Though much of the blame goes directly to Forumotion for not having the Role system that the REAL phpBB software had that could have prevented this problem altogether!

About: A member from Wario Forums (as well as the Forumotion generaton), CaptainDrewBoy was the first member to register (other than Tiger21821 & Tiger21822) onto Nintendo 3DS Central! Also, being a member of the Forumotion generation, the first (and only, not counting Tiger21821) NDSCentral Veteran! He became the first member to be staff here on Nintendo 3DS Central! Sadly, he seemed to drift away from the forums and after a conformation, resigned as staff... He became the first Honorary Member, and also possesses a unique rank, "Original Member"!

About: Ah, CheatMaster30... Where to start... CM30 was the owner of DSUltimate, my first forum I could call home, Nintendo 3DS Community, Talk Nintendo, and finally Gaming Reinvented! He also owns Wario Forums! We go way back! See My story with Gaming Reinvented and Gaming Latest for more information on CM30's staffing on Nintendo 3DS Central, as it is pretty complicated! Basically, after Gaming Reinvented suddenly severed their partnership with Gaming Latest, CM30 stopped visiting Nintendo 3DS Central, and CM30 resigned from Co-Administrator and became an Honorary Member! He's still a good friend, and I still occasionally post on Gaming Reinvented!

My story with Gaming Reinvented and Gaming Latest:

A while back, Gaming Reinvented and Gaming Latest merged together into one forum (which is why all users, topics, and posts all the way back from Nintendo 3DS Community are still found in the deepest catacombs of the forums to this day!), and he became an Administrator and Manager! Gaming Reinvented continued as a website for video game news, and got a discord server made! Gaming Latest had one too, and has merged into one single community, which is kinda how I got to be a Moderator at Gaming Latest in the first place-- I was a Moderator at Gaming Reinvented! I eventually became Administrator at Gaming Reinvented, which in turn, convinced CM30 to join Nintendo 3DS Central and become a Co-Administrator! So along with CM30, Squishy_Pixelz and Swoop (As they were called then), I was an Administrator at Gaming Reinvented, and a Manager at Gaming Latest! Then, after a mishap at being caught cheating in the Gaming Reinvented Minecraft Server (I was an idiot), I was later demoted to a Moderator, and after I felt like the Gaming Reinvented changed into sort of a dictatorship after server management was handed down from CM30 over to Squishy_Pixelz and Swoop, I wasn't liking how the server was being run, so I resigned as staff and left the server for about a month (which caused some drama), and during that time, I returned to Gaming Latest! I became so much more active there, and eventually I re-joined Gaming Reinvented as a normal user! After a while of being on Gaming Latest, CM30 suddenly severed Gaming Latest and Gaming Reinvented's partnership, thus ending his time as a Co-Administrator on Nintendo 3DS Central (And Manager on Gaming Latest)... He became an Honorary Member on Nintendo 3DS Central, and I decided to partner up with Gaming Latest, where I plan to KEEP this partnership for as long as I live! I also became an Administrator for Gaming Latest, and all current Moderators and Administrators became staff here as an agreement to our partnership!

Wow, is my arm tired!
