I came across two different variants of the Sailor V game made by devoted Sailor Moon fans that wanted to turn an otherwise fictional game into one that can be played in the real world, which is something I do admire regardless of franchise.
Are you referring to the one for the Sharp X68000 by the doujin group DK Software?

I going to need to pencil in some time to rewatch the old Sailor Moon or Sailor Moon Crystal after trying to find vids of numerous Sailor V games.
