Unobtainable National Pokédex Pokémon owned by NPCs (Generation III)

This is a list of National Pokédex Pokémon in the 3rd generation Pokémon games that are owned by at least one NPC that cannot be obtained without any sort of multiplayer that can AT LEAST be marked as 'seen' in your Pokédex! If you're playing FireRed, LeafGreen, or Emerald, and have absolutely NO access to (or for whatever reason, REFUSE to use) multiplayer features, but want to at least see as many Pokémon as you can, then this list will show you what Pokémon can be seen in your game!

This list will only specify WHAT Pokémon can be registered in your game, but not where you can see them, or who has them, with the exception of Emerald, which separates trainer and contest Pokémon, but again, not who owns them! If you want more details on that, go to Bulbapedia (Which happens to be the primary source for this list) for that! The listed Pokémon are ALSO currently not listed in any specific order!

Note that this list only includes National Pokédex Pokémon, and not regional Pokédex Pokémon, and will not include Pokémon received from outside events!

It also will not include the GCN games (Colosseum and DX: Gales of Darkness), since those don't have a proper Pokédex, and are not considered (at least by me) to be core series games!

If there is a Pokémon that ISN'T anywhere on these lists, then they CANNOT be seen without any kind of multiplayer, so this is all you will be seeing if you can't (or WON'T, for whatever reason) do multiplayer!

The only one I haven't seen in FireRed version is Ampharos! I also haven't seen Forretress, which would be exclusive to the unreleased Altering Cave event (Which I do!)!

And the only one I haven't seen in LeafGreen version is again, Forretress!

Those aren't considered core series games, and they don't have a "proper" pokédex, so those games won't be included! This is just for those who want to see as many Pokédex Pokémon for their FireRed/LeafGreen/Emerald pokédex as they can if they don't have access to (or don't want to use) multiplayer, but just want to know which national Pokédex Pokémon they can at least SEE if they aren't able to own them!
