Gaming and Health?
I believe gaming is some kind of therapy, at least for me personally anyways. It has saved me from my own mind and suicidal thoughts and feelings many times over. I think playing games can let me actually enjoy life and make this difficult moment in life more enjoyable and easier for me personally at least anyways. It can help people with depression and other mental and physical health issues. Gaming is a hobby like any other that lets people focus on enjoying life more than being depressed, sad, low or negative in mood. When I'm gaming, I instantly feel my mood uplifted and don't have any negative thoughts, feelings or emotions about life anymore. It's like I'm channeling my negativity into the game world and changing it into positivity, which is the purpose of gaming impo anyways. Gaming is always an escape from the harsh reality that is real life for me personally at least anyways
