I personally feel a rush of adrenaline and survival instinct, whenever I'm gaming. How about you? Do you feel it or not according to you?

I shudder with anticipation whenever I am about to get to a really exciting point in a game, such as a level, a dungeon, etc.! Also, whenever you are in a really tight spot where one mistake will end your game, and come incredibly close to making that mistake... HOO-BOY!!!!
