Gaming has many benefits I find, at least for me personally anyways such as relieving stress and anxiety, healing me from depression and gives me something to do on my sleepless hours at night.

Games are good exercise for your mind! They keep your brain active and prevents it from rotting! They're also good for improving hand-eye coordination!
