Gaming Therapy, anyone?
Gaming therapy is used as a "soft" or "alternative" therapy with patients with all sorts of mental health issues such as ADHD, stress and anxiety and depression. And I find that it really works, because it has really helped me focus better during the day and becoming less hyperactive/hyper-productive.
