I like the Twisted Mansion the most, and Bowser's Castle ones.

On 3DS, DK Jungle. Everything is laid out expertly and it's very fun to drift and do tricks on almost every ramp. On DS it's Waluigi's Pinball. On Gamecube, it's Mushroom Bridge or City. I like the idea of racing in the middle of traffic and it's a fair challenge. Even if the shortcuts are challenging. I barely played the Wii and SNES ones and never played 64 or Circut. Might play the portable ones someday though.
