In order to combat the countless scraper AI Bots hitting the forum to the point of no longer loading, several older chrome versions that many of these bots have been using to scrape the site have been blocked from accessing Nintendo 3DS Central! If you are using chrome or a chromium browser and encounter any 403 errors, then you must either update your browser to the latest version, or switch to an entirely new browser! I am sorry for the inconvenience!

Well, unfortunately, the AI bots are back with a vengeance, and the other day while on vacation, trying to deal with them (seriously, disabling extensions can SEVERELY put a strain on the server, and somehow, the database corrupted, which required a back-up restoration causing several posts from a day before the crash being lost (and not much was lost, thank goodness)) proved futile, resulting in HTTP 408 errors, and the Purge Guest Sessions extension proved to be ABSOLUTELY worthless as it doesn't actually prevent the AI bots from access the site, but merely truncates all instants of user 1 from the sessions table, which, in turn, just makes them return, so... what is this post even about!? It's gone all over the place! Anyways, topic is locked, go play a game or two in our arcade!
